If you are interested in attending this year's dance on April 13, 2017 from 7-11 pm at Ranney School (235 Hope Road, Tinton Falls, NJ) you must do the following:
1) Complete Ranney School's event pledge, available below, and bring it with you to the event. This will be used at check-in and is REQUIRED for entry, due to Ranney School policy and to ensure the safety of all participants.
Charlotte's Dance for a Chance Regulations and Pledge
2) Decide which participation option is best for you.
OPTION 1: Be a casual dancer! In this option, you give $20 and your event pledge at the door, and you are given ONE raffle ticket, which you can put into any of the prizes for a chance to win! OPTION 2: Be a sponsored dancer! In this option, you raise money for the cause in advance using our sponsorship form, available below. Ask your family and friends to sponsor you as a dancer! Then, bring your sponsorship form and your event pledge with you to the event. For every $20 that you raise, you will receive one raffle ticket to be entered into a drawing for the prize of your choice. Our staff will determine at check-in how many raffle tickets you are to receive based off of the amount of money you raise. Many dancers like this option because, the more raffle tickets you get, the higher your chances are of winning one of the AMAZING prizes!
3) Arrive at the dance with your pledge, sponsorship, and donations, ready to dance, celebrate, and have a good time! *Note: Participants who RSVP in advance by emailing email@example.com will receive ONE additional raffle ticket. If you would like to buy a Charlotte's Dance for a Chance t-shirt at the dance, please bring $20. Dancers who raise over $200 will be eligible for a free shirt at check-in.
